I taught myself how to can last year, it really isn't that hard, but one thing I have found is, after you sterilize your jars, place them in your on 180* to keep them warm and ready.
Also all stoves heat differently, so be ready to adjust the heat to keep the pressure safe.
I was a bit worried the first time, but after that it didn't bother me.

I can and freeze and dehydrate everything...
There are alot of good websites out there, but it also depends on what you plan to can, somethings are different than others...
I have several good step by step guides if you want to let me know what your looking for, I will email you info, Gladly- Angie
