Can I transplant a Peace Lily in African Violet Soil? I am not sure if it needs acid.

Peace lilies are not fussy about the soil mix, as long as there is little or no perlite in it. It should not be an acidic mix. Keep the pH in the 6.0 to 6.8 range.
