Hi I planted dailhia tubers in pots and they are not all comeing up,can anybody tell what I did wrong also the the ones that did have aphids what should I use to kill them little buggers they are orange nugget dailhias very pretty

Their not hard at all they dont like real wet soil & they love the sun, I have a bad habit of redigging things up if it does,nt come up when I expect I dig it up & look at it & go from there I just can,t leave my hands off stuff . ......
