I have never had worms in my container compost. Hadn't seen any in my "pile" compost before I moved it, either. Sorry that I can't help you, but the COMPOST QUEEN (Weezie) will be along shortly to help you. I just wanted to say "Welcome to the board and hope you have as much fun as I do here"!

I'm guessing it either got too hot (as compost will) or a manure you used was from an animal which had been wormed???
