Hello, greetings from Staten Island. I am new to gardening and was hoping someone can help...I ordered Stello Doro daylilies from a catalog and they arrived in root form. How exactly do I plant these? Should the crown be under the soil, above the soil or level with the soil? Thanks in advance for the help!

Thank you...that is what I did, so I will leave them that way. Was worried that I planted them wrong. Thanks, I am so glad I found this site!

Stella D'ORO are awesome [thumb] and spread like wild fire. I would make sure you give them plenty of water until they are starting to pop.

Lots of Luck [muggs]
