the potatoes are really easy if you use new potatoes with thin skins so you don't have to peel them. Just scrub them and slice thin!

equal parts of your favorite barbeque sauce and pineapple juice, mixed together.
put chicken in a single layer in baking pan. pour sauce over top. bake at 350 while you are cooking whatever kind of potatoes or noodles you want to go with it.
great with plain buttered noodle or "scallopy 'taters" (see next post!)
