HI sounds like your plant is stresed out if you replanted it you might have shocked it.heres a link i found for you.its from fla state university.abought the Pothos plant.its NOT a gardening site.but it deals with your plant only.hope it helps you.

Initially, the yellow leaves may have been caused by the soil getting too dry. However, the solution was to water more frequently, not repotting.
Not only did the repotting stress the plant, it is also probably responsible for the soil and roots staying moist for too long. Root rot may now be the cause of the yellowing leaves.
