[Eek!] my lawn is in terrible shape 2 weeks ago i raked my whole yard there are parts that the grass is growing [grin] ,but then there are areas where its just bare dirt [Mad] could it be grubbs? or do i need to just re-seed the bare areas? or could it be where the snow was piled from shoveling that the grass wont grow there now?

you know, a thought would be is what was in the snow as you shoveled it? salt (and vinegar) are very good "weed" killers and weed killers will kill all plants... and grass is just a nice weed.

[wayey] jiffymouse,
there was alot of sand and dirt in the snow i didn't use any ice-melt stuff on the driveway this year though [dunno] the spots that are just bare earth are the closest parts near the road. i didn't see any "plow" marks either????
thanx for your reply [Wink]
