Hi I just noticed that all my plants have these small very tiny white looking almost micro-scopic bugs in the soil, not on leaves or anything, just in the soil, any ideas what they are, how to get rid of them, there are so many of them.

Why do they need to go? Are the plants deteriorating? If not then they are probably just doing their thing, creating humus, aerating the soil etc. If you could see all the critters living in your soil it would blow your mind. But if they weren't there, you'd have no soil.
