orange tree ornamentals

i have an orange tree that will not produce oranges, or flowers. any idea's what to do to get it to produce?it is growing nice green leaves, but no fruit.

How old is your orange tree?
Is the orange tree grown indoor or outdoor?
Is it Grafted or grown from seed?
If you use fertilizer, what kind do you use?
What kind of orange tree do you have?
