1 pkg frozen strawberries
1 large banana (i freeze mine as they go dark to have on hand)
splash lemon juice
sprite, 7up, or gingerale to liquify (water will do in a pinch)

place in blender, mix well, serve with strawberry and banana slices on top.

pineapple juice added gives it a nice "tropical" flavor.
