Saw this plant in the Porcupine Mountain in the Upper Peninsula, Michigan. Anyone know what it is???

Cool, that's what we call a 'Canada Lily', they grow in the swampy wet areas. The real name is Lilium Canadense. I thought they only grew here in Canada. I guess a person does really learn something new everyday, thank you for sharing your lovely picture.

Actually, my friend just told me it's a Trout Lily, a little different than the Cananda Lily. The leaves are what give it away.
