The kale is an annual. I have started it from seed in the spring. Those are beautiful plants in the photos. I have never eaten the Kale, it is to pretty to chop up for a salad. In the fall when the weather gets cold here the Kale plants color gets deeper & richer. ![[flower]](im/graemlins/flower.gif)
