I need advise on Bonavillas. How much water do they need and what else they need to grow.

Do you mean Bouganvilla? It's a tropical vine, so it needs plenty of sun and regular watering. Are you growing it in a pot inside, outside or in the ground? I don't know what zone you are in, but they are not hardy, so they can't survive freezing temps. I hope this helps.

I live in Tyler co Tx coastal zone 8b.I grow mine in a hanging moss lined basket.I cold greenhouse it in our mild winter.Mine gets 5 hours direct hot TX sun.I fertilize it with 20-20-20 fertilizer every 2 weeks till THANKSGiveing then from Thanksgiving till Easter every 4-6 weeks& mine actually blooms almost year round.about easter it takes a break till about mid may. They grow better rootbound(1 gallon nursey container is fine for up to 3 yrs.) the roots are fragile so watch them, but if grow in moss basket like mine the air will "air-prune" the roots naturally & you want a well draining soil mix Or even a soiless mix will work.
Hope that helps.stay safe this weekend if in the dirty area.
