Hello there.

I just put my peace lily in water. Will it still bloom?

Someone more knowledgeable will be through, but mine was in water and it bloomed. [dunno]

Do you ever add fertilizer?

It is less likely to flower in water than in a tight pot. In water, use a very dilute (one-tenth strength) fertilizer solution.
