Baked Crab Rangoon

1 can crabmeat
1 block cream cheese-soft
green onions
1/4 cup mayo
12 won ton wrappers
heat oven to 350 mix all above
spray 12 muffin cup tin w/pam
put a wrapper in each cup so they are a bit hanging over sides
fill the up
bake 20 mins till light brown
and yummy!!!!!!you can use light mayo,and Neufchatel cheese to cut calories if want*

Oh, YUM! That sounds good...and easy to make.

Rita and Cindy..It's so good and easy:-)You can always toss it in cresant rolls, or phylo dough too.. or use bread or bread crumbs on bottom of muffin pan:-)

Hi all - I was just searching for a crab rangoon recipe that uses muffin tins versus deep frying and ran across this first thing - this is the exact recipe I wanted - thanks cheeno. We had a wine tasting and things like duck, meat, chicken, goat cheeses, were the preferred flavors associated with this wine so the person who brought the dish smoked a chicken and used that in place of the crab - just thought I'd share that tidbit!
