It is very easy. I don't have a food processor so I just use my blender to grind up the graham crackers, I also don't have an electric mixer so I soften up the cream cheese in the microwave then mix it all together by hand. Everyone who has ever tried my cheesecake says I should be selling it.

OK...I don't normally eat anything sweet...pies, cakes, candy. But I am going to make this.
(Expect pictures in a few days! I have to get up the nerve to go to the grocery store first!)

Sounds DELISH!!!
I usually make the no-bake philadelphia creamcheese pie, but with the same graham cracker crust. I don't use a blender or food processor - I put the crackers in a ziplock bag, and use a rolling pin over and over it!
By the way... I just saw a coupon in today's paper for a new product - Philadelphia cheesecake filling! It's the cream cheese with other ingredients already mixed in! What will they think of next?!?

Search The Garden Helper:
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons butter, melted
5 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
Mix crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 350 for 10 mins.
Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs one at a time. Blend in sour cream and pour over crust.
Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes to 1 hour and 10 minutes or until center is almost set. Run a small knife around the rim of the pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Top with rasberry or cherry topping if desired.
