Ingredients
1 pkg sweet italian sausage
mushrooms
1 each yellow, green, and red pepper
1 onion
2-3 zuchinni
shredded mozzarella cheese
ricotta cheese
1 jar of Classico fire roasted tomato and garlic sauce
1 jar Classico garlic sauce
1 box of lasagna noodles
Cook sausage according to directions. Cut into slices
Chop vegetables and saute in pan with italian spices and olive oil. Cook noodles according to package directions.
Line bottom of lasagna pan with a thin layer of sauce. Add noodles, 1/3 - 1/2 the sausage and vegetables. Scoop in ricotta, sprinkle mozzarella and then layer more sauce on top. Keep doing this until you have at least 3 layers. For the top put sauce over bare noodles and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake in oven covered with tin foil at 375 for 30 mins. Take out lasagna and sprinkle top with parmesan cheese, return to oven for 10 more minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
