Tonight's version... peach... hot out of the oven. All I did was substitute the blueberries for 3 peaches cut up into small chunks.

Search The Garden Helper:
2 cups fresh blueberries
1/4 cup sugar
3 cups flour, sifted
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup salad oil
4 Tbsp. Milk
Streusel:
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of sugar over berries; set aside. Mix our, sugar and salt. Combine salad oil and milk in a small bowl and whip with fork. Pour over flour mixture. Mix with fork until moist. Turn into a greased 9x11 inch pan. Press dough into pan, building up edges about 1/2 inch deep. Spread berries over the dough.
Streusel: Mix sugar, flour and salt together. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or the top is browned.
