I have a fairly new one called 'Doppleganger.' It looks like a regular coneflower but with another set of petals coming out of the top of the bloom. I don't have a photo, but I got it from Jackson and Perkins...there's a photo on their website. It doesn't grow the second set of petals until the second year. It's quite unique looking.

Speaking of cone flowers. A friend gave me one of the dried out cones and told me to plant the whole thing. I did and I got a beautiful plant. Who would have thunk?

I can't decide if I like it or not...
I got this in an e-mail today -
I think it looks like a cross between a zinnia and a coneflower.
