Orange marmalade is one of my all-time favorites!
Orange marmalade IS traditionally very thin and runny.
How much unset do you mean by "didn't set"? Do you mean it did not set AT ALL? Or did not set as much as you thought it would?
It will not be thick like a jam or even a jelly, but will still be set.

Thanks Merme for your insite. I didn't know that about marmalade. I made another batch & it
is more like jam & the taste is not as good as the first batch.

Has anyone else had this problem?
Followed directions in my Ball Blue Book, at least I thought I did. Any advice or fool proof recipe would be appreciated.
