we aint had rain for ages and its all dryed up looks like it will die how cqn i water it
i have de chlorinator from the fish could i put that in some normal water

How about a bottle of distilled water that should help depends on how near death it is.

The dechlornator will only get rid of chlorine and Chlorimines, not all the other minerals that are bad for VFTs. You need to use only rainwater or DISTILLED water. Well water would be good as well.
