YOur welcome everyone!
When I was pregnant this was my all time favorite! I found that asparagas works really well in this recipe too.

1-2 head broccoli 2-3 doz.(cooked,detailed,deveined etc) shrimp
handful mushrooms(sliced chunky)
garlic butter
motza cheez grated
-melt garlic butter and soak shrimp in it
-steam broccoli about 10 min (till bright green and still crisp)
-throw shrimp, broccoli and mushrooms in covered baking pan and toss some grated cheez through
-cover with cheez then put lid on and bake at 350C for 10-15 min or till cheez ontop is melted and bubbly.
