I cut it back to about 12" a little later this year than the last two. Now it hasn't bloomed at all this year. Did I kill it? Or will it just not bloom this year and come back next year ?

plants do not work from a calendar. different conditions during different years may = different bloom time.
give it time. also, fertilize to help.

I love the sweet scents wafting in the breeze. I stop to admire the vibrant colors of all living things. And people think me odd. Then ODD I am!!!
