Pear Tree Problems

I have a relatively young pear tree, that is quite close to a few other fruit plants in my garden. Over the past week, small bumps have appeared along the leaves that are greeny white, but have no sign of infestation. I was told it could be a virus and to burn the leaves. However, since this began it's spread to the entire plant - should i just get rid of it before it infects my other plants, or does this sound familiar to anyone? Thanks for any help, Maria

Have a look at the leaves on this webpage. Do they look similar?

Thanks Longy for your help - it was pear leaf blister mite, and i stripped the tree of leaves thinking it would die, but they have grown back healthy. I'm definitely going to spray my trees now!
