The flower looks like some species of echinopsis. Here's a site for identifying almost any cactus.

http://www.cactiguide.com/cactus/?genus=Echinopsis

I didn't go through it all, but yours is undoubtedly here, somewhere...

OOPS! I meant echinocereus, I really did [Embarrassed] (a little knowledge/vocabulary is a confusing thing!) It's the big green structure in the middle that looks like my echinocereus flowers. Here's that site again for the other genus:

Margaret Thanks for the Site!!! I spent over an hour looking!! The Flower is like one on a ribbed cactus and on several others but the cactus itself is different From the day I took the photo to today now another cactus head is forming and that was just 2 days ago so evidently when a flower blooms and another cactus will form [thumb]
I found echinopsis hauscha with the flower looking the same but the Enchinocereus more looks like the cactus specie it's self .. Thank again for the site [kissies]
