The second is a lace-leaf variety of Japanese Maple. The first is some conifer. Not sure what though.

The lace leaf japenese maple is my all time favorite! Nice looking trees!

I was thinking a verity of cypress as well for #1 and I'm with the others on #2

It looks like a bald cypress, but the needles are very yellow, is that possibly this years new growth?
My vote goes for the Jap, cut/lace leaf maple.
A very expensive and sought after tree.
