Can someone tell me anything about the plant Plumbago Capensis. I bought it today, but the only thing I learned is that this one is an annual, and it likes sun. It's such a beautiful light blue, and looks like it will spread out. Even though it's an annual, if I let some of the seeds stay in the pot, will it come up again next year?
