dig it up, move it, plant it. LOL
Really, though, I transplanted mine in the early fall last year, and it did great. It even bloomed this year. Just dig it up carefully, and make sure the new hole is a bit bigger than the original one. Plant it at the same level, backfill the dirt and tamp down to get rid of any airpockets. Water well. I also mulch around mine with pinestraw.
