Need/want flowering shrub ,(?Jasmine?), that will thrive in cool, low sun area. NE corner on 25th floor overlooking ocean. Japonica shrub is doing well but I would like some kind of flowering vine to cover a concrete pillar.Any ideas?

Another idea is a potato vine. They grow quickly and have small white flowers. Seem to take most conditions.

Your welcome. In looking it up again, I see they also come with purple flowers.
