Maybe the ailing plant is older than the others?
I would try some iron chelate.

Two of the three plants are doing great--healthy looking leaves, flowers and new buds and one has even begun climbing.
The third plant is generally healthy, but has a few yellow leaves and no flower buds. The leaves are not getting brown tips--just turning yellow and then falling off.
Any suggestions?
