I have some peppers and tomato plants that are growing fine, but on some of the leaves there are white swerly lines. I can't find out what they are and if they are dangerous to my plant. Does anyone know?

White swirly lines are probably leaf borers. Concentric circles would be a disease. Leaf borers usually don't affect the plant later on, unless the plant is badly stressed for some reason.
