I was thinking of making some tomorrow since I have fewer hours at work because of a dr. appt. I'm actually going to ask if I can just take the whole day off. I'm only scheduled for like 2 hours! Why even bother!?
OMG...I love these things!!! I'd better keep them in the trunk of the car or they'll be gone by the time we get to Altoona!!!

Just an FYI...I made this recipe today. Its much easier if you cream the butter and 2 sugars together then put the egg in (lightly beaten) and then add the dry ingredients. I scooped the dough onto the try using a table spoon. The cookies came out in a fine size and I got just over 2 dozen cookies out of it. Gonna be hard not to eat these before I want them!!!
