Plants that attract birds depend on what birds in what areas and climates. American Red Cedar isnt going to attract a parrot from the amazon.
If you google native trees and shrubs for birds within your state, you'll find plants that will work well for you.

I am not sure about Brazil, but two of the best bird attractors we have in the Eastern U.S. are Black Oil Sunflowers and Jewelweed.
