What herb(s) would go well with fish (salmon)? I am not much of a cook but I want to try cooking salmon this weekend? Any ideas? TIA!

Old Bay Seasoning is the only one you really need.
But dill is often used along with Lemon, Tartar Sauce or Cocktail Sauce.

I make an oil with garlic and marjoram, baste the salmon a couple of times while grilling, then make a dill/garlic/lime mayonnaise to serve with.
