What herb(s) would go well with fish (salmon)? I am not much of a cook but I want to try cooking salmon this weekend? Any ideas? TIA! [thinker]

Old Bay Seasoning is the only one you really need.

But dill is often used along with Lemon, Tartar Sauce or Cocktail Sauce.

I make an oil with garlic and marjoram, baste the salmon a couple of times while grilling, then make a dill/garlic/lime mayonnaise to serve with.

i would use dill, chive and a little bit of butter.
if you like lemon, you can garnish with it as you serve.
