I wouldn't worry yet, cooler temperatures should come which will stop further development until late winter. Here is a link to a site with critical temperatures for fruit plants at different bud stages. The temperatures shown are in Fahrenheit.

I am from Doncaster, and at this moment I have a climbing rose in full bloom, plus two other bush roses in flower. My fruit trees are continuing to progress. Its so mild but very windy here.

All the buds are silver coloured, and protruding quite far. (almost an inch) Does this sound like normal behaviour for a dormant apple tree?
It's a two year old standard. Not sure what rootstock it is, but it's a Katie fruit.
We have been having a very warm and wet November, and as there are loads of daffodils and crocus popping up through the soil, my bet is everything thinks it's Spring.
Will winter kill everything off????
