MAPLE CAKE
1/2 cup butter or marg
2/3 cup of white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup maple syrup (could add a tsp of maple flavour if you have it)
1/2 cup white rice flour
1/2 cup soya flour
3 tbsp baking powder
milk to make a smooth cake batter
insrucions
cream butter/marg and white sugar, one at a time beat eggs and add to sugar mixture.
Add syrup and mix then add flours and baking powder mix well. Pour into a well greased cake pan bake at 350 C for 25-30 mins, cool cut and enjoy.
You could probably replace the flours I used with wheat flour, if you do use about 3tsp of baking powder.
