Tammy,
My guess would be that if you planted it in
compost, *which is a form of nitrogen*
you've gotten great "green growth".....
If it was me, I would give a quick foliar feed
of a liquid fertilizer *granular dissolved in water* with the number highest in the middle.... and spray on the leaves, in the early morning hours..
Just once or twice...
If you've gotten a good start with the green growth, it might just need a quick umpfff,
of a flower starter...

Now admittedly I did plant it in compost. But my question is where are the flowers? Shouldn't they be showing up by now?
