Well the landlord finally mowed. I was able to save 11 in all which is a really nice start for the knot garden. One nice thing about him mowing them down all summer is these are far bushier than the ones at the post office which are much leggier.

After crawling around out there after these little darlings I think the center part of the weed patch is pretty much crisscrossed with the roots from this plant. So that part at least will be very stable.

But I will have to rethink my garden plan.
