Did that - no pictures yet though.
I've also got lotsa' little bulbs - those rhizomes, or whatever ya' call 'em left. So I'm popping them in places.
I put some in that round disk I made.

Do those little bulbs form in the leaf axils (between the leaf and the stem)? If so, they're called bulbils.

No - right at the root of the stem - they look almost like bunches of radishes at the end. Only they're not red, of course - they're yellow/brown kind of.
Next time I take some up, I'll get a picture of it.

These don't get to bloom in summer here on this lot. That's because the foliage of the trees out back comes down over them and they don't get do anything but make more roots.
So I hawked 'em out.
