I found this web site that I think will help me a lot, and may help others that are either new to seed harvesting or have a plant they haven't harvested from before. The plants are listed by the latin name but most have the common name listed as well. There are pictures of the seed pod, seed, and seedlings.

Here's another one that has the plants by common name. If you click on "seed" it takes you to a picture of the seed.
