Evelyns Flowerbaby..., I just upload my pics from "my pictures" in to photobucket.com ( it's all Free)
Then open another window for garden helper and go in your photo bucket album select a pic and click on The White box that has [IMG] http:// in it( bottom row)(under pic) and copy and paste into your post here .. Easy as pie!![[thumb]](im/graemlins/thumb.gif)
There might be an easier way but this is easy enough for me and I'm not so computer savvy

If you go to the New Members section, the first post has really good detailed instructions on how to upload your pictures to photobucket, and then how to get them into a post. Make sure your pictures aren't too big, though before you do it (I didn't know this the first time I did it, and my pictures was HUGE).
It's not really as hard as it sounds once you get going on it.
