Search The Garden Helper:
4 boneless chicken breasts cooked
about a dozen red grapes sliced in half
a couple tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
1/2 to 3/4 cup of mayo or to taste
a little squeeze of lemon juice
fresh ground pepper to taste
Chop the chicken into 1/2" chunks and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Chill at least an hour.
Its great over mixed greens or on honey wheat bread with some heirloom tomatoes.
