When do I know when to harvest the plant?....Can I pick leaves for salads or must it be harvested all at once?

I always just picked what I needed...but that is me. I'm not sure if that is the proper way or not. Someone will know for sure shortly! ![[Smile]](im/smile.gif)

Just pick what you need, if you have too much share it as it will get too old.
