My meyer lemon tree was full of baby lemons but recently they all turned yellow and fell off. Can anyone tell me what to do? Last year I had plently for lemonade.

Thank you!

Too much watering maybe? Not enough sun?
My Meyer usually has several teeny yellow ones which I pull off.

Thank you, Deborah! I think I will get a water meter from the store to keep up watering. I was so disappointed when all but 1 of my lemons fell off. No fresh lemonade now.

Inconsistent watering is the most likely cause of fruit drop on citrus. It can be overcome by maintaining a good thick mulch under the canopy out to the dripline as this retains moisture and prevents soil temp' fluctuations.
A soil high in organic matter will also retain moisture well.
Try and water deeply and regularly as opposed to a short, shallow watering at irregular intervals.

The secret is the soil.
