hi! I was outside the other day and saw a ton of these little bugs. No pic sorry! But I saw a bunch of these little ant looking critters and they were on a tree. They were black little ant looking things and they had orange butts and orange tipped antennas and I thought they were spiders at first but I looked closer and they just had 6 legs. does anybody know what they were? and they had this little nest thing too and it was a small rectangle looking thing and it had white looking stuff in it and they were all around it so I'm guessing maybe it was their nest or food place? they didn't seem to be hurting anything

MissJamie, these sound interesting.. wish I knew what they were. Hopefully someone with an idea will come along. (I'm still waiting to see if anyone can ID my buggies that I have in a photo post, a few posts down from this one now.)
