How do you control watermelon's?

i would leave the 2 big ones where they are, then give the others a good soaking, dig em up with as much soil as possible. then re plant them.

And can I replant them in the group or is it to late?
2 of them have already started growing crazy . I knew i should have bought the how to on growing watermelon instead of the tomatoe one. any help is good help to me. I don't want to mess this up since I have already done so.
