i planted 2 dianthus in the front garen about 3 weeks ago ,a scarlet and apink .the pink seems fine but the scarlet has white flecks on the pettles. i re-planted tacking it out of the pot and put a compost fertiliser mix in the ground.will this help? also the front garden is farely exsposed with a 3 foot wooden fence on the south side. thanks!
