Hi everyone,

I'm new to the forum and have a question about the Ranunculus - Aviv Assorted. I've never planted these bulbs before and am a little confused about when (and how) to plant them. The instructions state to "plant tuber pointed side down." Is that the individual point or the multiple points (roots)?
And since I live in Massachusetts with cold winters, should I plant now, same as the tulips, or in the spring? [dunno]
Appreciate your help. [wavey]

Ranunculus is not hardy and should be planted in late winter/early spring. They prefer cool weather when blooming and will die back afterwards. The rooted end is the end that you'll want to point down when planting.
