Hi Demi. [wayey]

Ya know, I just saw something on this topic on The Myth Busters a couple of weeks ago. You should do a google for the show's website and look around to see if you can find more info. They tried one group of beans with rock music (like heavy metal), one group with classical music, one group with no stimuli, one group with a recorded voice talking nicely to them, and one group with a recorded voice screaming mean things at them. I'm pretty sure that they found that the ones subjected to the music (both kinds) grew the best. They think it is because of the higher pitches.

I know that there is a theory that if you play classical music to a crop, it grows really really well, and I've seen incredible pictures of corn that has grown to like 15' tall with it!!! I will try to find some links for you and get back to you later tonight.
